Creamy Haddock 'Curry'

Of course there is no curry in the canine version of this recipe which can be found here on bbcgoodfood 

Again we leave out the onion and I use coconut milk instead of creamed coconut. I also used unsmoked haddock instead of the smoked.

Muffin's version of this is basically, a piece of haddock, topped with blended sweetcorn and coconut milk (just a little as sweetcorn is high in sugar) and served with brown rice and wilted spinach.
